Autocenter Sales&Service / DriveMax is a family owned South Shore MA business with over 450 vehicles in stock. We are growing and we are looking for a SERVICE ADVISOR. Motivated and ambitious individuals to join our new team.

Duties include:
- Answers the phone, making appointments and preparing estimates for potential customers.
- Greets and checks customers in at the front counter.
- Prepares customers’ work orders and assigns them to technicians.
- Prepares estimates based on technicians’ recommendations.
- Sells estimates to customers and answers any questions concerning repairs/maintenance.
- Keeps the customers up-to-date on repair process.
- Checks out customers during vehicle pickup.
- Keeps the repair order rotation board up-to-date.
- Orders parts with the best availability and value.
- Makes sure that all parts returns and cores are sent back in timely manner and processed.
- Keeps track of the overall progress and organization of repair orders in shop at all times.
- Keeps sales counter on task throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor Experience
• Current Driver's License - with an acceptable driving record
• Experience with all international and American brand cars
